    Offseason Strength continues...

    Make sure that you have progressed through Phases 1 & 2, then move on to Phase 3.

    This set of exercises is advanced, so watch the video and make sure you understand the movements before you get after it.

    Belly Up Planks x5 leg lifts each side
    Donkey Kicks x10 each side
    Scorpions x20
    Rockies x5
    Donkey Whips x5 each side
    Lower Body Crawl x10
    Iron Cross x20
    Aussies x20
    Groiners x5
    Hurdle Seat Exchange x10
    Quick Leg Cycle x5 each side
    Hurdle Trail Leg Forward x5 each side
    Hurdle Trail Leg Backward x5 each side
    Lateral Leg Swing x10 each side
    Linear Leg Swing x10 each side

    Leg Circuit & Planks

    Front Lunge x5 each side
    Lateral Lunge x10 Steps
    Single Leg Squat x5 each side
    Lateral Shuffle x20 Steps Quick!

    Plank 40sec each (Front, Left, Right, Back)
